Daan Vanden Bosch 321fb3a475 Upgraded Kotlin to 1.4.30 and Gradle to 6.8.2. Set the Kotlin JVM version to 11. Added a subproject for offline asset generation which, at the moment, can generate the list of item types. Ported unitxt and ItemPMT parsing.
